- We provide insurance advisory services for Life Insurance Corporation of India and ICICI Lombard General Insurance Company.
- In the future, we may also provide mutual fund distribution services as per SEBI/AMFI guidelines.
- Information shared on this website is for general guidance and should not be considered as a substitute for professional financial advice tailored to your situation.
2. Eligibility
- You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into contracts.
- For insurance and mutual fund services, you may need to provide accurate personal, financial, and identity details (PAN, Aadhaar, etc.) as required by IRDAI, SEBI, AMFI, or other regulators.
3. Payments
- Payments for our services may be made through Razorpay or other authorized modes.
- By making a payment, you confirm that the information you provide is correct and that you are authorized to use the payment method.
- We do not store card details, CVV, or UPI PIN. All payment processing is handled securely by Razorpay.
4. Refund and Cancellation
- Insurance Policies: Once a policy is issued, refunds and cancellations are subject to the terms of the respective insurance company (e.g., LIC of India, ICICI Lombard). Free-look cancellation (if applicable) will be as per IRDAI rules.
- Mutual Funds: Units once allotted are subject to the respective AMC’s redemption rules. Refunds are not handled by us but by the mutual fund company.
- Service Fees (if applicable): Any advisory or consultation fee paid is non-refundable unless specifically mentioned.
